I. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Tempudo Driver App to register as a driver, go online,
accept or complete trips or deliveries, or communicate with riders or customer support.
This policy applies only to drivers and delivery partners. Riders using the Tempudo Rider App are governed
by a separate privacy policy.
Our practices comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Identity Verification: Driving license, Aadhaar or other government ID, PAN, verification selfie
Vehicle Information: Vehicle registration (RC), insurance details, vehicle type and number
Payment Information: Bank account details, payout and earnings records
Communications: Messages, calls, feedback, ratings, and support interactions

With Riders: First name, profile photo, vehicle details, live location during trips

Account Data: Account lifetime + up to 7 years
